The Elain Duet Eyeliner contains an eye pencil and a liquid eyeliner. The eye pencil is soft and creamy making it apply very smoothly. The liquid eyeliner is fast drying, waterproof, long wearing, and smudge proof. The specially designed fine tipped brush allows for better control and a more precise application. You may use the pencil and liner separately or use them together for a totally chic look.

Step 1: Apply the pencil beginning at the inner corner of the eye and move toward the outer corner along the lash line.
Step 2: Layer the liquid eyeliner right over the pencil line to enhance the look.
